Horacio Freijo

Horacio Freijo is an experienced sales leader with more than 16 years in the real estate and home services industries. He spent the majority of his career with First American Home Warranty, where he held several leadership roles and most recently led high-performing sales teams across Southern California and Nevada. During his tenure, Horacio built strong relationships with brokerages and real estate professionals while focusing on team development, strategic partnerships, and driving growth in competitive markets.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Horacio is passionate about building unified teams, establishing clear sales processes, and using data-driven insights to improve performance and consistency across organizations.

Outside of work, Horacio enjoys spending time with his family and being active outdoors. He and his wife have been married for more than 25 years and have two children—one currently attending college and the other in high school. Much of their family time revolves around supporting their children’s athletic pursuits and enjoying time together outdoors.
